| Founded in Colorado in 1985 by Tim Gurule, GEI Builders set out to |
| build on family traditions dating back to the 1950's.
GEI was originally a |
| concrete finishing company but then branched out
to service the steel- |
| framing community, completing several high profile residential
and |
| commercial projects in the 1990s. In July of 1994, GEI framed the |
| New American Home of the year, and was featured in Builder |
| Magazine's annual special edition. In December of the same year, |
| Mr. Gurule was hailed by Builder Magazine and the North American |
| Home Building Assosciation as "An expert framer...at
the healm |
| of steel framing." During the past ten
years, GEI has grown into a |
| a full construction contractor. GEI is a family owned and operated |
| business and fully services the greater United States. GEI strives
